Fee Structure

Fee Policy

  • The institution operates on a monthly fee cycle.
  • Fee vouchers are issued on the 1st of each month; payment is due by the 10th.
  • A 6% late fee will be charged after the due date.
  • Payments must be made only through the official voucher/challan. After the due date, fees must be deposited through an updated challan reflecting the revised amount.
  • Tuition and hostel fees are charged for the entire academic year, including summer and winter breaks.
  • Students who fail to pay the full year’s fees will not be re-enrolled nor receive a school leaving certificate till payment is cleared.
  • Students withdrawing their child at any point during the year and then requesting a readmission will have to follow the admissions and registration process entirely.

Default & Consequences

  • By the 10th, students with unpaid dues will not be allowed to attend classes and will be sent home; boarders will be confined to the hostel.
  • By the 20th, the student’s admission will be withdrawn from both school and hostel.
  • Exam registration (board/college) will be cancelled, and the student will be barred from exams.
  • Students with pending dues will not receive report cards, transcripts, or certificates.
  • No degree or certificate will be issued until all dues, including late fees, are cleared.
  • The college reserves the right to revise the fee structure and will notify parents in advance.
  • Suspension from classes due to non-payment is an administrative measure, not disciplinary action or harassment.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The student has not attended any classes in the following month, and
  • The institution has been formally informed of withdrawal at least one month in advance.
  • The effective withdrawal date will be the date of receiving the official notification from the parent/guardian.
  • No refund will be granted if the student has attended even one day of school in the charged month.
  • Parents cannot keep their child at home or withdraw temporarily and later request a refund.

General Conditions:

  • Payments after the due date will only be accepted with applicable late fees.
  • Re-admission, if approved after withdrawal, requires payment of all dues and a re-admission fee.
  • The college reserves the right to take legal action to recover unpaid dues.
  • All fees paid, except the security deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, expulsion, or change in admission status.

All fee-related communication will be made through WhatsApp messages from the Accounts Office; parents must keep their contact details updated. This policy takes effect upon admission and is mandatory. It may be reviewed or revised annually as deemed necessary by the management.
